Restrictions

This is a really dumb question, but try as I might I
cannot figure it out.

When I click on html links in email messages in Outlook
2003, I get the error message: "This operation has been
canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.
Please contact your systems administrator". I am my
administrator - or rather the main user on a home PC.

I know that this is something to do with security
settings, but where and what?

Thank you Sue, I needed to use both solutions but it
solved the problem. I would never have figured that one
out! God bless MVPs!
