Results from a form, to multiple email addresses

Wizard

Greetings all,

I'm using FrontPage 2003 to create a very simple "contact us" page on our
company page.

I have close to no experience or knowlede about HTML, ASP, PHP and so
on, thats why I'm using FrontPage.

I know how to set up the form so it delivers the submitted form results to
e.g
(e-mail address removed)

But is it possible to e.g use the same form and add an option for the sender
where to send the results? Like a drop-down box with "Department 1" and
"Department 2" as options, and of course also make the submitted results go
to (e-mail address removed) or (e-mail address removed) according to
the selsction made in the drop-down box?

Any "HTML for dummies solution" is appreciated!

You would need to write a solution in ASP, PHP or CGI depending on your
Server.
