Retracting an appointmet in Outlook 2003

After sending an appointment in Outlook 2003 how can I change the time to the
appointment, add other people to the appointment and modify details in of the
appointment in the best possible way?

Are you the organizer? If yes, then open your appointment, make the changes
you want, then click Save and Close - it will prompt you to send changes to
all, only the newly invited, or none. Select all since you are changing the
time.
