Retrieve old outlook information after hard drive crash?

Hi all, my computer died (Blue screen of death) but I can still browse the
files so it was just an OS crash.
Is it possible to retrieve my outlook files from this hard drive and import
them into my new computer??

I *do* have a backup that is about two weeks old but I thought I would ask
if anyone knew a way to get back the existing data off the old hard drive
since it was just the OS that dies..

Making sure that you can view hidden files, do a search for files with a
..pst file extension. That file contains all of your mail contacts, etc.
