After my computer crashed I payed CompUSA to retrieve data from my hard
drive. They did so on a CD, which I was able to recover "My Documents" and
"My favorites" by clicking and dragging on my newly purchased HP Notebook.
But it didn't work on any of the Outlook Express files. I tried to open them
with different programs, but they don't produce any meaningful data that I
can use. HP says it's CompUSA's fault the way they retrieved it and CompUSA
told me that Outlook Express is very "iffy" to recover. I would like to get
my email contacts and unread email. Can anyone help?
Thank you.
