Retrieving Image thru File Dialog Box on MS Access Form.. Urgent

Dear Reader,
Plz. help me out with a code to retrieve image on an MS
Access Form thru File Dialog Control. If possible, with
various methods of using File Dialog Control.

My advice would be not to use the File Dialog Control. Make direct calls to
the API instead. There are versioning problems with using the control.
