Retrieving moved messages to On My Computer

I have an employee who is about to go on vacation and
wanted to back up his email. He asked me about it. I said
I'd research it and get back to him. In the meantime he
discovered the MOVE button. So on his own he moved his
inbox messages (all 5094 of them) to On My Computer (rather
than creating a folder like you are suppose to do) and now
he can't find them. We looked in Users\Documents\Microsoft
User Data but no luck.

I did manage to pull up his messages from today and moved
them back to the inbox ... however any idea where "On My
Computer" is in Entourage? (Or will I have to go through
all the Custom Views until I can find the other 4000 or so
messages)?

Also is there a way for him to back up his email in a less
disasterous way?

If you do an Advanced Find, click on Messages and in the
folder criteria area, click on ON MY COMPUTER in the
pulldown tab rather than Inbox, it will pull up the messages.

Then Select All and Move them back to wherever you want
them to go.

But I still have a question... Is there a way to back up
the messages separate from Entourage X?
