retrieving sent email

that depends...are you using a MAPI profile with Exchange? if so, the
answer is still "sometimes" - you can try to perform a message recall...

Yes, Go to Sent foler, open the email you sent, then
Click to expand...
click on action, and select "Recall this message".

The mail can be retrieved only if the person receiving it
uses Outlook, is currently logged in, and has not moved
message to another folder. If anyone knows of a way to
do it without all these above conditions, such as using a
different mail program, I would like to know.
