Return characters left of a dash

A sample of my data is below. I am trying to return just
the numbers which are to the left of the dash into their
own cells. So for the first line, I just want "804" in a
new cell. Does anyone have a quick formula to do this?

804 - DIAL SVCS-PE
2055 - DIALINET-MAIL
2061 - DIAL
