From the Entourage Help page
Go to Tools -> Accounts.
Under the Mail tab, edit the mail account you want to send from.
Click the Options tab.
Under "Additional Headers", add in a new header: Disposition-Notification-To
Under Value, type your e-mail address.
Note that this setup will ask for a return receipt for every single email
sent from that account. If you only want to use that feature occasionally,
set up a new account, as described on the above website.
Is there anyway to find out if a sent email has been received and read by the
recipient?
