Return Receipts for Entourage X and 2004 (and 2007?)

Hi,

I have a client who has recently employed some new staff. They note
that their old email package allowed the sending of receipts so that
the reader could indicate to the sender that they had read the message.

A quick search of this forum gave me a thread which suggested a FAQ URL
which is no longer valid and then rapidly went off topic into a
personal session about liking / not liking the feature.

Can Entourage X and Entourage 2004 provide this functionality when not
using an Exchange server as the mail server?

Please limt the responses to "Yes - here is how" or "No" or
"Not yet but will be implemented in the upcoming version".
