In the earlier Outlook for Exhcange Server product, I could go to the
"Options" button when composing a new email and select to have a
Return Receipt or a Delivery Receipt.
Now it appears these two CYA options for managing one's email have
mysteriously disappeared in the Entourage Exchange Server version.
Does anyone know if these essential features are ferretted away in an
obscure sub-options panel somewhere?
I have searched as best I can through all the help files which came with
the product and the online Knowledge Database on Microsoft's site, but
there doesn't seem to be any mention of them.
Strange that such an important feature as Return Receipt Requested
would be dropped from the product. In a corporate environment this
handy tool is very valuable.
