reverse first and last names in Outlook contacts

I imported my contacts from Lotus Notes. It brought my contacts in and
reversed the first and last name. It seems that the Contact options only
apply to NEW contacts. It is not a big deal, but when I sort...it can be a
little confusing. Thank you.
