Review | Tracking Changes in Word 2013 v Word 2016

If someone is using Word 2016 & utilises the Review | Tracking Changes tool, can I amend, accept etc in my Word 2013 version or do I need to update to Word 2016?

The 'track changes' function works across multiple Word versions, going back decades; you should have no trouble.
