I am using Outlook 2000 on Windows 2000 in CW mode, and I send and receive
messages direct from my desktop to and from my ISP's mail server. When
someone sends me a rich text message, I receive it as plain text. HTML
messages arrive as HTML. My ISP (Plusnet) assure me that their servers don't
change anything in my emails.
Does anyone know what could be causing this change of format, and how I
could change it so that I can receive rich text messages? Or is this a
security feature that protects me from something horrible that can lurk in
rich text messages?
Many thanks
