Right Click Not Working

Rick click no longer works in Outlook or Windows Explorer. I see posting
regarding the same problem in other applications. I did not change any
parameters. Seems to be happening since last update earlier this week.

Is this a consequence of the dreaded SP3 "update"? Right click works for
me but installation of SP3 failed.
