Rnd Rx into Drafts??

J

I have a user who started receiving his corp. Exchange email into both his local (Foldes on My Computer) Inbox and his IMAP Inbox. It seemed that this was divided between mail received from inside and outside the company, respectively.

Now, email is being received into his Drafts folder as well. There are no rules in place and I've deleted his old database file and created a new one. His account was recreated and re-sync'd. The problem persists and appears to be getting worse.

Has anyone seen this? Is there something I can do locally to get new messages into his IMAP Inbox?

Any help would be much appreciated!

No, and I'd argue it's not possible without severe database corruption (if
even that). Did you also check the Mailing List Manager? What happens if you
create a new user account on his Mac?

I have the same problem. On first sync with our Exchange server, thousands of filed emails were dumped into my drafts folder. Now most of my new email is being routed into my drafts folder. I need help - Entourage looks like a disaster at the moment.

Further on this problem, Entourage moved all my sent mail into my drafts folder as well. I've managed to sort this and move it back to where it should be. The biggest problem now is that some of my new email is dropped in my inbox and most of it into my drafts folder. I've also noticed many of my calendar items have been duplicated since starting up Entourage. Incidentally, I have not run Outlook since starting up Entourage. If this is a database problem on my machine, how do I delete and clear it before re-installing? The Exchange server was working fine with Outlook and is working fine for all the other users on the system. It's only given trouble with My Mac and since I installed Office 2008.
