Rogue cell adding extra characters

Hi,
I'm tracking job numbers in Excel, and one cell only seems to add 3 zeros
and % sign to any number I enter. How do I fix this?

Change the number format of the cell from percentage to general (or to the same
as the cell above it) by rightclicking the cell and choosing Format Cell.
