Rotating scanned images

My scanned image is only 2 to 3 degrees lopsided. How can I rotate this
small amount? Publisher won't let me rotate this small degree.

You didn't state which version so I'll tell you how to do it with Pub 2003.
Select the picture, right-click - Format Picture. Click the Size tab. Under
Size and Rotation, adjust the rotation.

You don't say which version you are using. I use Publisher 2003.
From the help file in the program:-

QUOTE

Rotate an object an exact number of degrees

Right-click the object.
On the shortcut menu, click Format <object type>, and then click the
Size tab.
Under Size and rotate, type or select the number of degrees to rotate
the object in the Rotation box.

You got a S emblazoned on your top? Personally, I would feel a bit
cramped getting changed in those phone boxes.

Sweetie - I've put on pantyhose in the passenger seat of my mom's car while
she was driving. Okay, I was 16 and weighed maybe 100 lbs but I could still
do it (I think).

As for the S, yep. ;-)
