Round Function

Can the ROUND function be active for ALL CELLS in a
workbook? - or do you have to enter it each time you want
something to be rounded in a cell or with another function
in a cell?

If you can do it - HOW would you do it?

Hi
one way:
goto 'Tools - Options - View' and check 'Fixed decimals'. Note: This
will change your current data

If your workbook is a financial one, you might consider

Tools>options>Calculation, and check Precision as displayed

I use that very often; it is a natural way of handling data in a commercial
environment. Read HELP for all possible effects
