How do I round the product of an equation to the nearest whole number?

I also need to round a figure representing a time length (1.64hrs.) up to
the nearest half hour (2 hrs.).

= for equation ROUND ( B2 Location of number to be rounded , 0 Zero places.
Rounds to the nearest whole number .5 and up round up etc
=ROUND(B2,0)
