Routing email over small network

I have 3 computers on a small network with a router allowing web access for
each. I want to download each users email (different email address) only to
the computer they use and no other. Second best would be all emails to every
computer ( I could filter out the ones I don't want afterwards) Can Outlook
2002 be persuaded to do this?

do they share a catchall account or do they have their own usernames and
passwords to log into the server?
