Hi,

Is it possible to change the rowcolor within the list depending on the value
of a field within the record?

Txs in advance,

Nope!!! I don't think so.
You can have 'conditional formatting' in Excel so could
you consider putting an unbound Excel Object in place of
the listbox?

The answer is no.
Consider using a subform setup to resemble a ListBox control which you
can then apply Conditional Formatting to.
