RPC of HTTP not working for Outlook 2007

All of a sudden Outlook 2007 clients are not working with RPC over HTTP, but
they were working as recently as this past Thursday.

Can you suggest areas too look to solve this?

Please provide more information. What is happening when they try to use RPC? Do they receive an error?
