I can't send or receive an RTF attachment with Outlook
2003. When I receive the attachment, the attachment
field is blank. When I double-click when the attachment
should be, I prompted to Open or Save. I get the
following message when I choose Open: Can't create
file: Right-click the folder you want to create the file
in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to
check your permissions for the folder. When I choose
save, I get this message: Outlook could not save file.
When I try to attach an RTF file, the attachment field is
blank. I have reinstalled Office twice and it still
won't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
