I am using Outlook 2003, Microsoft Exchange (recently upgraded to 2003 from
5.5). I have a rule for about four email addressess which says to alert me
with an alert window, and move the email to a certain folder. It does all
this, but it creates a duplicate email. When the alert window appears for
one of those addresses, the email shows in there twice, and also twice in the
folder which it is moved to. I have no problem with any other rules or
emails being duplicated. I have always had this rule set up, and never a
problem until now. Has anyone else happened to experience this issue with
this particular rule set up? I figure it must be that rule, as all other
mail seems perfectly fine.
