Rule for emails with html body

How can a rule be set that will delete all emails received that have
body made up of .html advertising. Rules set for keywords do not pick
up the words when encapsulated in html message. Find spam mailers
getting creative and sending crap out using this method. Very time
consuming to do each by the sender.
