Rule for incoming mail

How do I to limit all incoming messages to only those people who are in my
Global Address list or in my Contacts list. No Unsolicited emails. If the
sender is in my contact list or the GAL, send it to the Inbox. If the
senders name is not on one of these lists, send it to the junk mail folder.

I like Mark would like to know how to highlight/move messages received from
those in my contact address book. I'm using OL2000 with XP Pro.

I can add the names one at a time under tools->organize, but there must be a
way to do this more efficiently. Anyone know how?
