Is there a way to set up a RULE so that certain OUTgoing mail ends up in a
particular folder?
I'm no expert, but...
Make sure that all outgoing mail gets copied to a folder. Mine is marked
"Sent Items".
Go to Rules and create a new rule under Mail.
In the first popup menu under Criterion, select "Folder".
In the third popup menu under the first criterion, select "Sent Items". If
"Sent Items" doesn't appear, select "choose folder" and then select "Sent
Items".
Add criteria to this rule such that your mail goes where you want it to go.

Not sure what version you have, but in entourage x, go to tools>rules
Click on the 'outgoing' tab (the rightmost tab)

Well, I'll be! That's the second useful thing I've learned this
morning! (It also works in Entourage 2001, Mac OS 9.1)
