Rule not working- 3rd posting for help please.

I have a rule:

"Apply this rule after the message arrives
with adelphia.net in the message header
permanently delete it."

When this rule is activated on an incoming message,
I get a rules error:
"You do not have access permissions to perform this operation."

or something like that.

I have other rules with the same action but with different
search string for the header and they work just fine.

How do I fix this rule because I get a lot of Russian spam and
I don't even read or speak Russian?

I am the only one using this computer.

Outlook 9.0.0.2711 on WinXP SP1.
