Rule or Automator workflow script

Email Client: Exchange

I would like to add a rule that will move messages from the Exchange server to my computer after one week or a specified period of time.
Is there a way of doing this. I know I can move messages from the Exchange server to a folder on my computer and I do this with some messages but there are messages I need to access via exchange for up to a week after receiving them.

I would like to add a rule that will move messages from the Exchange server to
my computer after one week or a specified period of time.

AutoArchive Exchange Account to "On My Computer"

Move all e-mail older than 60 days from your Exchange account folders to
archive folders within the "On My Computer" folder tree.

Note there are problems with this script in Leopard. There is a link on the
page for a third party application that does this for $10.

I do not wish to archive the messages as I will need to refer to them regularly for at least 3 months, however, as many of the messages contain large attachments I do not wish to leave them on the exchange server - I guess the simplest is to have them moved in the first instance but as stated the most recent ones I will need to access via the exchange server if out and about.

Don't be confused by the term archive. The messages are moved from the
server to folders "On My Computer".
