Rule that triggers on special messageclass

Outlook 2002/Outlook2003

Is there any way to create a rule that triggers when a mail of a special
messageclass arrives in your mailbox. I am trying to create a rule that
triggers when I get a message from the System Administrator as when I have
tried to send to a non existing domain or when I get an NDR as when I have
tried to address a non existing mailbox.
