Rule to add to blocked senders' list

In Outlook 2003, is there a way that I can make a rule
that causes mail with specific words to move that sender
into my block senders' list. I have a rule that
permanantly deletes the offensive mail, but I'd like to
add them to the block list so that they're blocked from
even coming into my mailbox.

Thank you.

All mail will come into your mailbox in order for rules to work. They do
not work on headers only if you were thinking of using that workaround.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
