Rule to forward mails received within a specific timeframe

Greetings,

I am desperately looking for hints on how to set up a rule in Outlook 2003
to forward mails received within a specific timeframe. I know there is a way
to do so for a dateframe, but not for hours.

Typically, I would like mails received on a mailbox to be forwarded to
another mail adress between 5:00pm and 8:00am.

Any help much appreciated.
