Rules and Junk Mail

Is there any way to include mail the program flags as junk
as part of a rule? I have two e-mail accounts that I
check, and I have a rule that moves anything coming in for
the second account into its own folder. The problem is
that it is moving ALL the mail to that address there,
including stuff that was already moved to Junk either via
my junk rule or via the program's junk filters. I want to
keep it in the trash where it belongs!

I had this problem - and figured out a solution.

1) Copy the Junk Mail rule. You cannot edit this rule,
but you can copy it.
2) Modify the rule - add the function "Stop Rule Process"

3) then place your rule for the email account next.

The stop rule effectively moves to the next email.

One thing I need to check - when you click Junk mail on
mail - will it get picked up by the Copied Rule.

If so - then this will work - it works for me.

Where can you access the Outlook Junk E-mail rule? I found
the options where I can set it to low or high, but it is
not showing up in my Rules list. Also, Where do you add
the Stop Rule Process function? I did not see that in any
of the three menus I could set the parameters in.

Thanks so much!
