Rules are a joke

I have tried creating several different mail rules and only about half work.
Has anyone else noticed since the last service release that rules basically
don't work.
Junk Mail filter is about useless too.

Rebuilding the database looses the link to the folders set in the rules.
I suspect that the update does some kind of update on the database as
well. Checking the rules and re-assigning the destination folders
properly fixed the problem for me.
