Rules-Auto Colouring E-mail

Hi.
Just moved from OE6 to Outlook 2003. I'm wondering if it's possible to set a
rule or configure somehow...for any e-mail received from a certain domain to be
coloured automatically as they show up in my inbox.
In OE6... I had a rule set somewhat as follows...
"If the from line contains:" (and I added the domain ie. hotmail.com)
"Highlight it with" Red.
I can't find a similar option or rule in Outlook 2003. Is it possible to
configure this?

Any help would be appreciated.

You can do this as follows:
goto "tools", select "organize" and there you can modify
the colors, either by using a wizard or "mail per mail"
