Rules bug not fixed in Outlook 2003.

If I create 2 rules
If 'string' in subject bove to 'string' folder.
and
If sent to 'blah@blah' move to 'blah' folder

If I get an email to blah@bah with string in hte subject it just makes a
COPY of the email and places one in each folder.

This is wrong, outlook should use the FIRST MATCH, that is the point of
moving rules up and down.

If I wanted it Coppied to the folder I would have used a COPY rule and not a
MOVE rule.

The workaround I am using is to dissable some of the rules for incomming
messages and run them manualy once in a while on the folders I need.

This is terribly annoying, my rules were imported from Office XP to 2003 but
I did use the "rules upgrade" function in options and still have the same
problem.

Is there an existing or planned fix for this?

Have you tried applying "stop processing" at the end of the first rule? I
had to do that with Outlook 2K.
It is a bug, but that seems to be the workaround.
