Rules Disappear

Version: 2004 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Email Client: Exchange I am new to working with Entourage on Exchange, and each time I close then re-open Entourage I need to recreate the rule(s) all over again.

We would need details on exactly how you are setting up your rules.
Verify that you are setting the rules up under the Exchange tab too.

Check permissions on the Rules file.
