Rules doesn't work with the send folder

How do I get rules to apply to the SEND folder. I want to move some emails
to a differnt folder from there and the APPLY RULES under the MESSAGES
WINDOW is GREYED OUT. How do I remedy this?-al

Are you creating the rule under the "outgoing" tab in the rules window?
Otherwise it will not work.

There is a separate tab in rules for 'Outgoing Rules' which apply to sent
mail.
