Rules Don't work

Eric

I have set up some mail filters in the rules section and they do not
work. For instance, I set up the following in my POP account:
Rule Name: Spam
If: Subject->Contains->Spam (Razor mail filter adds this word to the
front of all spam messages coming into my account)
Then: Move message->Junk (folder I created)

Excute: if any criteria are met
The "Do not apply other rules to meaages that meet these criteria"
selection is grayed out and checked
The enabled box is checked.

The only time this works is if a message comes through Entourage and
the app marks the message as "Junk." All messages that have the
catagory as "none" will not filter.

I have optimized and rebuilt the file. Why won't this work? The same
rule that I had in OS X's Mail program worked each and every time.

Please help.

Eric

Mac - OS v10.3.2
Entourage v10.1.4

I don't know if this will help, but I use Rules extensively for
general spam messages.

Instead of Move Message, I select 'Delete Message' and the messages
I've set up rules for (various subjects) immediately go to the Trash.

Is there are particular reason you want to move the messages to a Junk
folder rather than the Trash?
