Greetings,
Suddenly, I'm finding that some of my sorting rules are being ignored.
no matter how I try to rearrange them or re-do them, or change the
attributes, there are a couple of them that are just being comepletely
ignored by Entourage (10.1.6) and mail is ending up in one folder I
created a long time back. Most of the 14 rules I have set are still
working fine, just as they have for a few years already. It's just
this one account that has a couple of rules set to sort based on key
words in the subject that all end up in the one wrong folder no matter
what I do with regard to rules.
Any suggestions to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
