Rules in Outlook 2003

Hello,

I have just installed Outlook 2003 on a new computer and want to transfer my
rules from my previous installation. However, on the new installation Rules
and Alerts doesn't appear under the Tools menu. I can't find it in
Customize. Do I need to change the installation or do something else?

I discovered that by creating a rule, I was able to get the Rules and Alerts
command to appear. For those interested, I did this by right-clicking on a
message and creating a rule based on the message.
