Hello,
I am running Outlook 2003 (on Exchange2003) and I am
using the "Junk Email" functionality to "black-list"
senders and move their messages in the Junk Email folder.
Not surprisingly this is NOT enough so I want to
implement a white list as well. My goal is to have three
areas
- black-listed email goes to the Junk Email
- white-listed email stays in the Inbox
- unspecified (grey) email goes to a separate folder for
manual inspection
Can Outlook provide such functionality? I know I can use
a rule to filter email based on "sender" but this will
not allow me to "trust" (white-list) domains ie
*everyone*@microsoft.com.
Any other ideas?
thanks
christos
