Rules not executed on incoming mail

Dear all,

I've created a rule in outlook 2003 to filter out all incoming mail with
specifiek words in the header.
Until a week ago this was working perfectly. Now the rule not applied
anymore althoug it is there. Any idea how this is possible, am I missing a
setting somewhere?
