Rules not running on Outlook 2002 (WinXP)

Hi,

I have just started using Outlook 2002 (WinXP) on a new computer and have
been setting up e-mail message rules. I have noticed lately that the rules
seem not to "run" when the messages arrive like it use to. I have opened the
rules wizard and all boxes are checked. Any ideas?
