Rules not working on Outlook 2002

Hi

Config:
Outlook 2002 with IMAP server

Problem:
Client-side rules do not work when the client is online
with the server. Manually running the rules does work
though.

How can this be resolved? Any other options to redirect
particular mails from IMAP server to specific personal
folders?
