Rules not working since upgrading to v.11.1.0

All of my rules are not working anymore since v.11.1.0. Simple rules
such as if to: "email address" move to "foldername". Everything is
going to my inbox and not the individual folders I had selected. Can
anyone explain this? Thanks,

I'm having the same problem. None of my rules are working either. I've
tested them, and re-written them several times, and even when I
control-click and Apply Rule to an email which should be included in the
rule, nothing happens.

Anyone?
