Rules not working

I recently upgraded to Office 2008 from 2004 and now the rules which
previously worked in 2004 appear to have quit working in 2008. I¹ve looked
through the settings and everything appears to be correct....the rules just
aren¹t working anymore. Any advise on what to try next would be
appreciated. I¹m on Leopard 10.5.2. Regards.

Hi Doug!

What are your rules suppose to do? If they are suppose to move messages
to specific folders then you'll need to open each rule and reselect the
folder.

This is a known issue where the upgrade from 2004 to 2008 didn't
preserve the folder IDs, leaving the rules broken.

You need to reset the folder destinations. Open each rule and re-select
folder.
