rules Outlook 2003 AND/OR conditions

I am sure I am not the only one to have come across this but there
seems to be no way to add a 'specific words' condition in an 'AND'
condition.
When searching for specific words in the email header (ISP give
usefule spam weightings) you can add 'if the header contains
"SPAMWEIGHT=10" or "SPAMWEIGHT=20" ' but not 'if the header contains
"SPAMheader=10" and "SPAMWEIGHT=10" '

The rule wizard adds the phrases and automatically adds the 'or'
condition - is there anyway round this
